Booking Terms
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation, which may be via email. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking if there are issues with availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibility
It’s your responsibility to provide accurate personal information, including names, passport details, and travel preferences. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
Special Requests
We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests, such as dietary preferences or room types. However, these requests are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards and wire transfers. We reserve the right to change our payment methods at our discretion.
Payment Deadlines
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.
Currency
Payments made in India will be processed in INR, while payments from the US will be processed in USD, and payments from the EU will be processed in Euros, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Payment
If we don’t receive full payment by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation Terms
Customer Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, the following fees will apply:
- 75-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour value
- 59-30 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour value
- Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour value
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or non-payment. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party service fees.
Non-Refundable Services
Some services, like airline tickets or insurance, may be non-refundable. We’ll inform you of any non-refundable services at the time of booking.
Modifications to Bookings
Customer Request for Modifications
If you want to modify your booking, a modification fee may apply after two changes, in addition to any charges imposed by third-party service providers.
Company Modifications
We reserve the right to make modifications to your booking due to operational difficulties or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll provide alternatives or a full refund if the modification is not acceptable to you.
Liability and Disclaimer
Company’s Responsibility
We’re responsible for providing the services and products as described in your booking confirmation. However, we’re not responsible for:
- Loss, damage, or injury during the trip
- Services provided by third-party providers
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to flight schedules, hotel accommodations, or other services beyond our control
Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, war, or global pandemics.
Binding Terms and Arbitration
Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal action will be brought exclusively in Indian courts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Privacy Policy
We protect your personal data and use it solely for the purpose of completing your booking and providing services.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
